Patients followed these personal guidelines:

Eliminate gluten and processed foods from the diet

Eat more fruits and vegetables and limit meat consumption

Eat non-farmed fish, grass-fed beef, or organic chicken

Fast for a minimum of three hours between dinner and bedtime

Fast for a minimum of 12 hours between dinner and breakfast

Reduce stress in your life using meditation or relaxation
-
Develop a daily exercise routine
-
Obtain a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night
